宣誓文にチェックを入れても開始できない場合、ブラウザで言語設定を英語にしていることが原因と考えられます。TACTの設定画面で英語に設定した場合の宣誓文は以下のとおりです。別の文章が表示されているとチェックを入れても開始ボタンが活性化されませんのでご注意ください。

If you cannot start the Tests & Quizzes even after checking the declaration button, it is likely because your browser's language setting is set to English. The declaration text displayed when English is selected in the TACT settings screen is as follows. Please note that if a different text is displayed, the "Begin Assesment" button will not activate even if you check the declaration button.
